On Sept. 8, 2018, Nancy Davis was admitted to Life Care Center of Escondido, California, after undergoing a lumbosacral fusion, iliac screw replacement, and T9 kyphoplasty. Prior to her admission, she underwent a back surgery in May 2018 and was placed at a skilled nursing facility close to her home.
